Dr. Hartman is excellent and always friendly, caring and compassionate. Her willingness and eagerness to maintain effective communication with patients is outstanding. She always puts the patient first and listens to patient’s concerns and addresses those concerns and really puts the patient at ease. She is never rushed and takes her time.
