It is nice to go to an office and be greeted with friendly faces and greeted by my name. I am asked each time I come in how my sons are doing and how I am. The three of us have been coming to Birmingham Orthodontics for 2 1/2 years. Taking the time to greet patients by name is something extra but a very nice personal touch that is not always done. The positive atmosphere begins at the front desk and continues throughout the visit. Thanks for that kind of customer service.
