I use to think getting braces was something I couldn't afford but Bham orthodontics made it very possible. My son Jalen was first then a year later Serenity received hers. We have recommended your services to several people and I know for sure two of them utilizes your service and are just as pleased as we are. Thank you for making my children smiles bigger and brighter!!

My son left saying "you made him feel like a million bucks and he can't wait to come back". My child getting braces is very scary process. Not only for him physically and emotionally but financially for the parents. You took the "scary" right out of it and made us comfortable and we felt right at home!!! I actually love going to my appointments every 6 weeks. I am an adult patient and my insurance does not cover the cost of my braces. I expect total customer service and care on each visit because my money is very valuable to me. With that in mind, I feel I get that and more. Great job Birmingham Orthodontics!

And it looks like we will be back with my son in a few years and I have no worries for him either now that I know beautiful teeth are possible and affordable. I drive an hour from Collinsville, Al to get to my appointments and it is totally worth it every time. The staff is very nice and professional. They are great on payments and financing. I have been wanting braces since I was young and now at 27 I am beyond grateful for finding someone that could work with my income to fix my smile. I plan on using them for my children, family and friends. Thank you!

I loved not having to make a down payment & the ease of auto draft each month. The staff has always been great for regular appointment and the added ones when we've broken a bracket...:)

Abby got her bottom braces on last Thursday and I just want to tell you how pleased we are with Bham Smile Ortho staff. Each visit there we have been greeted and treated so nicely. Hardly ever a wait and If there is one(only once) they are very sorry. We live in Gadsden and I can tell you we are very happy we choose to come here. Wanted to say also we had Lori Yofin as our assistant,she was so calming and really in tune with Abby telling her what to expect. She introduced us to the new Drs that we had not seen and really was a wonderful friendly tech. I havent met any staff member that wasnt. If you want to know why people travel so far for braces, its because of great experiences and I will be referring as many as I can that are needing your services. Thank you for making our trips worth it.

I was a braces skeptic. I didn’t want them, and honestly, they hurt the first week. But I had no idea what an impact they would have on my life. My name is Eli D and braces are changing my life. I am an actor, and looking older than I am, I had already missed out on some roles. I was afraid that braces would make the problem worse, but the helpful staff at Birmingham Orthodontics gave me the option of clear braces. Not only did the clear braces look better in my opinion, and having them helped me achieve the part of an old man (an old man without braces!) in a recent play! Braces also helped straighten out my teeth, which helped decrease the possibility damaging my front teeth. I have only had braces since November, so I am still new to the process but so far it has been as enjoyable as possible. With a great staff and family friendly atmosphere, I couldn’t imagine going through this process. Thank you braces, for changing my life.

When my son went to Birmingham Orthodontics for his consultation, I was curious to know what could be done about my teeth. Not only did they straighten my teeth, the braces straightened my jaw. No more headaches. I was eating Tylenol and Advil like candy. My bottom jaw was shifting to the right. In 7 weeks, my braces will be removed. The past two years have not been terrible or painful. Thanks to Birmingham Orthodontics, the visits have been pleasant and the entire staff are so friendly, always willing to help.

I usually get to my apt early d/t the long drive. I don't have to wait even though I am early. I really appreciate the speed of the staff. The staff members know me by face and by name. I had an issue with a wire causing an ulcer in my mouth. I was worked in in order to relieve the pain.

I think the staff here is great. My daughter couldn't asked for a better group of professionals to oversee her braces. They're polite,patient but most of all caring. Thanks for being a very important part in our lives.

I went in for my consultation on Tuesday they placed my braces on same day. They are a very friendly staff explained every step.of everything they were going to do. Took their time made sure I was comfortable during treatment couldn't ask for a better experience!!!!

I have had my braces on for 19 months and I am almost at the end of my journey. I have visited both the Trussville and hoover offices and it has been a pleasure doing business with them. They offer great service and are very kind. As I am excited to almost be at the end of my journey...they will be missed. This company has the very best customer service I have observed in sometime. The friendly spirited voice you hear on the phone is the same spirit you get when you walk through the door and as you leave. I begin tell people hours after we left the office about the wonderful people and the great service. My daughter loves to know when she is coming for an appointment. My experience with the orthodontist assistant was the best I've had since the assistant when my daughter's braces were applied. These ladies were both friendly and offered information during the process. When the assistant walked my daughter to the desk, she gave me a progress update and what to expect at the next appointment. I appreciated her willingness to provide information.

The staff was excellent!!! I was nervous at first, but that all changed because of the staff. They tell you everything up front, and that’s wonderful. Dr. McCarthy was very sweet and his caring personality spirit filled the room. I would recommend, better yet tell everyone they should go to Birmingham Orthodontics because they are great.

We are still amazed at the short wait time. I don’t think either of my children have waited more than a minute to be called on when we arrive, even when we arrive early. And I don’t wait longer than 15 minutes in the waiting room! It would be nice if all doctors’ offices were run that way!
