For new patients only that are not currently in treatment, or have been in treatment with us in the past.

Offer not valid for dental or dental staff.

Offer cannot be combined with family discount.

Existing patients have the option of a $50 gift card or $50 off their full treatment.

If existing patient current account is passed due or patient has been dismissed due to account not being paid, the $50 will be applied to current balance.

In order to receive the $50, the new patient must begin treatment.

The $125 will be applied to your entire contract for new patients, not the initial payment.

Gift card will be picked up or mailed within 30 days of notification.
